Because it’s more than a job—it’s a position at Senior. **ABOUT THE CHALLENGE:** The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating content for the HCM software manual, covering business concepts and step-by-step tutorials on how to perform actions within the system. Additionally, they will support developers in producing communication materials about new features and updates to the HCM. To carry out these activities, deep knowledge of the software’s functionalities is required, including participation in analysis and alignment ceremonies with both the development (programming) team and the business team. The Technical Writer will also be responsible for planning and organizing an activity schedule, aligning with the product team on priorities and the delivery order of technical and communication materials.
