We are looking for a communicative, proactive, and committed individual to work as a Receptionist in Porto Belo, SC, on a full-time, permanent CLT basis, with competitive remuneration and a welcoming work environment. **Responsibilities:** * Greet clients at the office, direct them to respective departments, and offer/serve coffee and water; * Answer phone calls, respond to emails and WhatsApp messages; * Send and receive files for printing; * Edit photos/videos and manage social media posts. * Support the administrative team with daily tasks; * Organize meeting schedules and assist with minor administrative tasks; * Perform other related duties. **Required Competencies:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in reception or secretarial roles; * Proficiency in Canva, video and image editing; * Organization, responsibility, and commitment; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite); * Adaptability and teamwork skills. **Benefits Offered:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position; * Opportunities for professional growth; * A harmonious and collaborative work environment; * Standard business hours, Monday through Friday; * Meal allowance.
