The Patient Experience Analyst serves as the liaison between the institution, patients, families, and health insurance providers, overseeing the entire patient journey—from admission through discharge. Responsibilities include conflict mediation, social assessment of families, proposing improvement initiatives, and leading humanization efforts. The role also involves conducting socio-environmental visits, implementation meetings, report generation, and interfacing with internal and external teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct socio-environmental visits and map the social profile of patients and their families. * Propose actions to adapt the environment for home-based care. * Monitor cases requiring social intervention and support vulnerability-related actions. * Lead implementation meetings and accompany patients across various assistance programs, including injunction and discharge processes. * Monitor customer complaints via the Customer Service Center (SAC) and mediate conflicts. * Participate in clinical meetings with health insurance providers, presenting social reports and information. * Develop and monitor initiatives under the Humanization Project. * Support Quality Management System activities, including processes, flowcharts, and internal documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Social Work** (mandatory). * Postgraduate degree preferred in Patient Experience, Quality Management, Home-Based Care, or related fields. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Driver’s license category B; personal vehicle required. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance (R$ 16.00 per workday). * Food Allowance (R$ 255.00 per month). * Transportation Allowance (6% payroll deduction). * Health and dental insurance plans. * Birthday Day Off. * Up to 40% tuition discounts at partner universities.
