We seek professionals passionate about innovation, with strategic thinking and a collaborative mindset. **About the Position** We are looking for an **IT Infrastructure Intern** to support our team in daily activities, ensuring the proper functioning of Emiteaí’s internal equipment, networks, and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for those beginning their career and wishing to learn practical IT infrastructure skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and network); * Assist in the installation and configuration of computers and applications; * Support inventory control and equipment tracking; * Contribute to documenting technical processes and procedures; * Support administration of internal systems and platforms; * Assist in analyzing and resolving infrastructure-related issues. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields; * Basic knowledge of hardware and networking, and interest in learning Microsoft services; * Eagerness to learn and curiosity about how systems and equipment operate; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Organized and detail-oriented; * Committed and capable of managing time efficiently to meet daily demands. **Benefits Offered:** * Meal allowance via Caju card (R$ 375.00); * Transportation allowance (no employee deduction); * Birthday day off; * Partnerships and agreements with various institutions; * Fresh fruit day at the office; **What is the internship like?** The internship is on-site from Monday to Thursday at our office in Blumenau/SC, with remote work on Fridays. The daily working hours are 6 hours, from 12:00 to 18:00. Hiring will take place this year, but the **internship is scheduled to begin in January 2026**.
