Description

IT Analyst with a focus on Database Management, closely aligned with the role of a DB Analyzer. This professional will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and optimizing database environments, ensuring performance, integrity, and availability of information, as well as collaborating closely with infrastructure and systems teams. **Responsibilities** \- Analyze, administer, and optimize PostgreSQL and MySQL databases; \- Conduct performance analysis, identify bottlenecks, and improve queries; \- Develop, review, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and indexes; \- Support technical decision-making; \- Develop automation and integration scripts using Python; \- Administer and provide support for Windows and Linux environments; \- Collaborate integrally with IT infrastructure (servers, backups, virtualization, and services); \- Monitor database and system availability, performance, and security; \- Document routines, analyses, and database-related best practices. **Requirements** \- Experience as an IT Analyst, Database Analyst, or similar role; \- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL; \- Analytical profile, capable of performing the DB Analyzer role; \- Advanced proficiency in SQL; \- Experience with Python applied to data analysis, automation, and database integration; \- Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Linux; \- Intermediate understanding of IT infrastructure; \- Ability to independently analyze, document, and resolve problems.
