As part of our team, you will have opportunities to work across diverse engineering areas, engage with process automation and emerging technologies, tackle real-world challenges with guidance from experienced professionals, and contribute to excellence in manufacturing. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Guiding Activities for Internship Projects:** * Dedicate yourself to new research and development of innovative projects; * Participate in implementing Industry 4.0 technologies; * Actively contribute to automation and continuous improvement projects to promote operational excellence. **Opportunities to work across multiple areas including:** * Product Development Engineering; * Process and Manufacturing Engineering \- Quality; * Research and Development Laboratory; * Logistics; * Industrial Maintenance Engineering; * Tooling; * Occupational Health and Safety; * And more! **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled from the 3rd semester onward in a bachelor's degree program in **Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Sanitary and Environmental Engineering**, or related fields; * Availability for 6 hours per day of in-person internship in Brusque/SC; * Minimum commitment of 1 year for the internship; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Internship stipend of R$1.800,00 for 30 weekly hours; Meals provided on-site; Transportation allowance; Outpatient medical care and reimbursement for medications; Dental plan; Housing support for candidates from other cities; Participation in training and professional development programs; Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
