Job Summary: The Fleet and Risk Management Analyst monitors fleets and manages risks, assists drivers, and ensures trip safety. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet monitoring and tracking 2. Assistance with vehicle/driver maintenance and registration 3. Focus on driver safety during trips Fleet and Risk Management Analyst \- 3rd Shift Sunday to Friday, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (remote work) Responsibilities: Monitor fleet monitoring and tracking activities in coordination with the risk management provider. Provide telephone support to drivers and the risk management provider. Assist in identifying vehicles scheduled for maintenance. Follow up with drivers to ensure completion of checklists. Support the analyst in recording trip logs. Driver registration. Update trip statuses hourly in designated groups. Adhere to the risk management provider's action plan regarding safety issues. Driver registration. Vehicle registration. Manifest issuance. CIOT release. Manifest finalization. Proactively act to ensure driver safety during trips.
