




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive operations analyst to optimize processes in Life Insurance, Pension, Consortium, and Credit, with a focus on customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. We are the team responsible for ensuring fluidity, quality, and efficiency in the operational processes of Life Insurance, Pension, Consortium, and Credit within the Financial Planning area. We work closely with the commercial team and maintain a total focus on customer experience, flow organization, analysis, and resolution of pending items. We seek an analyst-profile candidate capable of connecting dots, anticipating issues, and proposing solutions — regardless of the product they will be working with. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Execute operational activities related to life insurance, pension, consortium, and credit, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal policies and partner institution rules. * Analyze, verify, and resolve pending items, validating information and autonomously solving bottlenecks. * Support the commercial team in managing proposals, clarifying doubts, and monitoring flows with insurers/institutions. * Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, contributing to more efficient and standardized processes. * Record and track requests in our internal systems (Salesforce, SharePoint, among others). * Assist in developing materials, reports, controls, and performance indicators. * Interface with internal and external areas, communicating clearly and objectively. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Autonomy:** Ability to take ownership of tasks, manage stages, and make decisions within the scope of the role. * **Strong communication skills:** Clarity in conveying information, precise alignment with partners and commercial teams, and ability to handle difficult conversations when necessary. * **Organization and time management:** Ability to prioritize, keep controls updated, and manage high volumes of tasks without compromising quality. * **Systems thinking:** Understanding how actions impact the whole, connecting processes, and recognizing how each step influences the final outcome. * **Problem-solving ability:** Critical perspective, logical reasoning, and proactivity in identifying solutions. * **Collaboration:** Willingness to work collectively, learn from the team, and share knowledge.
