Managing contracts and generating KPI reports **ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** "Multinational company in the food industry"\_\_ If you enjoy processes, automation, and continuous improvement, this opportunity may be right for you! * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Procuring materials and services Resolving discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices Tracking deliveries (follow-up with suppliers) Managing material and service contracts via SAP Generating reports and KPIs for the department Developing solutions aimed at improving user experience (Procurement, internal departments, and business units) Automating processes and optimizing procurement department routines Measuring and analyzing process cycle times to enhance efficiency Supporting the technology team in developing and evolving automation processes **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience or interest in process automation **Knowledge of:** Excel (intermediate/advanced) Power BI or Tableau Python programming VBA Experience or interest in IT areas focused on automation SAP knowledge is a plus **EDUCATION:** Currently enrolled in Automation, Business Process Management, IT, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. **INTERNSHIP STIPEND:** R$ 1\.700,00 **BENEFITS:** Unimed health insurance, shuttle transportation for cities of Balneário, Itajaí, Ilhota, Gaspar, and Blumenau, Meal allowance (R$ 525,00\), On-site cafeteria, Life insurance, and Total Pass **WORK SCHEDULE:** 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (hybrid work model — remote on Mondays and Fridays, in-office on other days) **WORK LOCATION:** GASPAR \- SC **CONTRACT TYPE:** Internship
