Job Summary: Supervises and monitors quality assurance and quality control teams and activities, implementing corrective and preventive actions and developing quality measurement strategies. Identify non-conformities and participate in continuous improvement - Supervise and monitor teams and activities related to quality assurance and quality control of processes, raw materials, and manufactured and/or manufacturing-stage products; - Implement corrective and preventive actions in internal processes to comply with quality standards and company policies; - Develop precise strategies and mechanisms for measuring the quality of processes, inputs, and products; - Prepare management reports containing corrective, preventive, and improvement actions; - Identify non-conformities and actively participate in their correction and in continuous process improvement; - Delimit non-conforming areas within the process and monitor the reuse or disposal of inputs; - Develop action plans and implement the PDCA cycle culture in the process; - Provide management information and departmental documentation to superiors, as well as provide technical responses during audits and inspections; - Analyze quality indicators and objectives, collect indicator data, and classify them according to management needs; - Carry out continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives using defined methodologies; - Provide technical oversight of laboratory analyses, innovations, prototype development, changes in production processes, and control of measurement instrument calibration Job Type: Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$6,000.00 - R$10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Company mobile phone * Food basket * Free parking * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in this role?
