Description

Job Summary: A professional to monitor processes, conduct inspections, complete reports, plan and execute quality assurance, and support the resolution of logistics-related issues. Key Highlights: 1. Support in resolving customer issues Provide support in process monitoring and perform inspections; \- Complete reports, identifying services and/or processes that do not meet required standards; \- Be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing results, and ensuring quality assurance, verifying that project work plans and process execution comply with the quality assurance plan; \- Monitor the implementation of new logistics projects and control the progress of production process activities to verify achievement of established targets; \- Support resolution of customer issues related to deliveries, pickups, returns, and all matters concerning orders — serving as the liaison between Customer Service (SAC) and Operations; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$3\.501,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Quality control (Preferred)
