




**JOB MISSION** Safeguard the administrative and teaching-scientific organization, guided by institutional guidelines (IDP), policies (IPP), and pedagogical guidelines (PPC), and provide teaching-pedagogical support to faculty members. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Manage enrollments, course withdrawals, cancellations, transfers, and course exemptions, based on analysis of admission method, academic history, teaching plans, academic calendar, and seat availability; * Prepare course exemption documents; * Monitor faculty and student attendance; * Ensure teaching quality through implementation of admission and withdrawal procedures, faculty qualification enhancement, and monitoring of faculty activities; * Promote research and extension activities by mobilizing faculty and students, analyzing projects, providing necessary resources for their execution, and conducting effective monitoring; * Organize the tutor selection process by surveying courses with faculty, publishing public notices, and guiding the preparation of student reports; * Issue memoranda requesting faculty payments; * Provide student support via online communication, in-person reception, and service request forms; * Prepare documentation required for Academic Audit; * Coordinate the Collegiate Evaluation process; * Register Teaching Plans; * Plan semester activities by defining Academic Activities, Social Responsibility Activities, Research, and Extension Activities, using appropriate forms for Planning, Projects, and Reports; * Organize the class leader election process; * Coordinate meetings of Class Leaders, Faculty, ENADE, Departmental Academic Council (NDE), Course Collegiate Board, and Collegiate Exams; * Conduct Institutional Evaluation by raising awareness and summoning involved parties; * Establish partnerships by scheduling visits to companies and schools; * Carry out Social Responsibility activities by monitoring the Institutional Social Responsibility Calendar; * Register class schedules and faculty members via the RM system; * Prepare class and assessment calendars using appropriate forms and publish them on institutional communication channels; * Draft and update the PPC, Teaching Plans, and Course Matrices using relevant forms; * Provide curriculum equivalencies between matrices and related programs through analysis of curricular matrices; * Plan events for internal and external audiences through projects aimed at resource acquisition; * Reduce dropout rates through academic guidance focused on student retention; * Attract stakeholders by ensuring high-quality service delivery. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in **NURSING**; * Completed postgraduate specialization, Master’s degree, or Doctorate in the field of training; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in academic management; * Experience in higher education teaching. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Weekly workload: 44 hours. **In addition to supporting the development of entrepreneurial professionals, you also enjoy a wide range of benefits!** **✨** **For your professional development:** Educational Benefit (scholarship for employees and dependents) Corporate University **For your daily routine:** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher **Family, Health, and Well-being:** Dental Plan Day Off (day off during birthday month) TotalPass (partnership with fitness centers) Employee Assistance Program – EAP (free and confidential psychological, social, financial, and legal support) Discounts at School-Clinics
