Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of machines and equipment, including interpretation of schematics and fabrication of parts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance 2. Operation of mechanical lathes and welding 3. Support in assembly and installation of new machines · Receive the preventive maintenance schedule from the coordinator; · Perform mechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, and company facilities according to a defined schedule; · Interpret mechanical drawings and schematics to locate faults and required adjustments; · Operate mechanical lathes and welding equipment to fabricate, adjust, and refurbish parts for machine and equipment maintenance; · Maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace, including materials, tools, machines, and equipment used in daily tasks, while observing safety procedures and properly using PPE; · Request service quotations or purchase materials to replenish inventory or support new tasks by issuing necessary requisitions for supervisor approval; · Check hydraulic unit oil levels or equivalent systems and, if necessary, top up oil according to the maintenance schedule; · Occasionally participate in mechanical assembly or installation of new machines and equipment, collaborating with supplier or manufacturer teams or under supervisor guidance; · Supervise third-party maintenance personnel to ensure service quality; · Organize and maintain a clean workstation, adhering to safety and quality standards (5S); Provide support in other departmental activities.
