We thrive on challenges and seek talented individuals to build careers and achieve outstanding results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Request import approval from the Coordination team; Monitor shipment, customs clearance, and delivery of goods; Follow up with freight forwarders; Contact clients, suppliers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, insurers, and transport companies involved in the process; Schedule foreign exchange and cash payments; Verify cash amounts and request payment approval from the Coordination/Finance teams; Schedule loading with transport companies and monitor container return (free time); Request expense reports from customs brokers and ports; Execute import/export process closing: AP entries, NF issuance, purchase order (OC) issuance, NF registration; Monitor payment to customs brokers for process balances; Simulate import costs (Nilcatex); Open and manage company Drawback registrations via SISCOMEX, as well as verify DU-E documents and issue LI (Import License); Submit insurance reports to insurers for endorsement; Obtain freight quotations from freight forwarders; Maintain spreadsheets with reports for Coordination and Finance: payments, Drawback controls, general import/export controls—Paraguay, Yarns, Triunfo; Issue export invoices and verify export invoices; Verify packing lists (PLs), weight allocations, and import summaries; Issue commercial invoices (Invoice) and sworn declarations; Send cash flow forecasts to Finance; Submit Drawback declarations for knitted fabrics to customs brokers; Manage Maquila production and certifications; Register new products, suppliers, clients, and Triunfo/external clients’ manufacturers. Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity, as required by department/company needs; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Requirements:** Currently pursuing a degree in International Trade; Basic Excel proficiency; Technical English; Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred; **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in the textile industry. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, meal voucher, and life insurance.
