A leader in prepared foods and pork products, Seara serves thousands of consumers worldwide and maintains a dedicated team of professionals who ensure the quality and innovation of its products. **Some facts about Seara:** * **Global Recognition:** Seara is internationally renowned for the quality and taste of its products, offering a wide range of options—from frozen meats to ready-to-eat meals and convenient dishes. * **Innovation in the Segment:** Seara continuously innovates, developing products tailored to modern consumers’ needs—healthy, convenient, and delicious options—including the Seara Gourmet and Seara Nature lines. * **Sustainable Practices:** Seara adopts sustainable practices across its entire production chain, prioritizing animal welfare, energy efficiency, and responsible resource management. **Join our team and be part of a success and innovation story at JBS!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily monitoring of ETE operations (operators, inputs, analyses, and maintenance); ensuring the efficiency of wastewater treatment; * Controlling documents, inputs, costs, and environmental indicators; drafting and updating procedures and work instructions; * Authorizing and monitoring vessel-related services; * Managing environmental system documentation; forwarding invoices for payment; * Monitoring black smoke emissions (vehicles, pump houses, and generators); managing water intake and wastewater discharge permits; monitoring water meters and volumes withdrawn/disposed; * Conducting training sessions, drills, and updating emergency plans; * Managing absorbent materials and environmental emergency response companies; participating in internal and external audits (including customer audits); * Complying with environmental license conditions; supporting inspections (ANVISA, IMA, Sanitary Surveillance, among others); ensuring compliance with applicable environmental legal requirements; participating in environmental programs (PA); * Implementing and managing PGRS and PGRSS (waste management plans); controlling MTRs, licenses, and waste disposal; * Entering environmental indicators into the Credit 360 system; * Auditing critical environmental suppliers; * Supporting and participating in environmental events. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields; * Active CRQ (Regional Council of Chemistry) registration; * Relevant professional experience; * Knowledge of environmental licensing, environmental legislation, environmental indicator management, and implementation of ISO 14001 requirements; waste management (PGRS/PGRSS); * Experience in ETE operations, wastewater treatment, and atmospheric emissions; * Organized and analytical profile, with strong communication skills for interacting with teams, regulatory agencies, and auditors. **Additional Information** **100% On-site Position — Rua Blumenau, 658, São João — Itajaí** **Meal Allowance — Picpay** **On-site Restaurant** **Transportation Allowance** **Free Parking** **Sempre Cuida (Digital Clinic) —** A telehealth platform offering comprehensive health care—including mental, physical, and nutritional health support. **Medical/Dental Assistance and Life Insurance —** Optional benefits offered through partnership models, ensuring your health is covered. **Wellhub (formerly Gympass) and/or Total Pass —** Gym membership program promoting your physical health and overall well-being. **Discounts at Educational and Language Institutions —** Incentives supporting your academic and professional development. **Profit-Sharing Program**
