We are seeking an Engineering professional to work on post-delivery customer service, technical inspections, diagnosis of construction pathologies, and repair management for residential and commercial buildings.

We are looking for an Engineering professional for our client GEA Construtora, a company specializing in the development and construction of residential and commercial buildings. Over its 24+ years of operation, GEA has delivered 13 projects, totaling over 75\.000m² of built area, located in the prestigious beach cities of Itapema and Balneário Camboriú.
Responsibilities
Provide post-delivery customer service, recording and tracking requests;
Conduct technical inspections of delivered units and common areas, identifying construction non-conformities;
Diagnose construction pathologies (cracks, water infiltration, hydraulic issues, electrical faults, etc.);
Prepare detailed technical reports including analysis of incidents and proposed solutions;
Schedule, supervise, and inspect repair works performed by in-house or third-party teams;
Monitor service response deadlines according to the owner’s manual and the construction company’s standards;
Act as liaison between customers, suppliers, and the engineering team to ensure quality and satisfaction;
Perform measurements and validation of completed services;
Monitor contractual warranties and advise customers on proper use and maintenance of properties;
Update internal systems with service records, evidence, and demand status;
Support continuous improvement of construction processes by reporting recurring issues and systemic failures;
Ensure compliance with applicable technical and occupational safety standards during interventions.
**Requirements:**
Completed Technical Course in Building Construction;
Experience in civil construction or post-construction technical assistance;
Knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and installation drawings;
Basic understanding of construction pathologies and building maintenance;
Fundamental knowledge of technical standards (ABNT) applicable to civil construction;
Ability to prepare technical reports;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Word);
Driver's license category B (desirable, depending on site visit frequency);
