Challenging students to put their acquired knowledge into practice, experience the reality of a large company, and consolidate their education — this is the goal of the **WEG 2026/1 Internship Program!**
The program may be carried out for 8 hours per day (40 hours per week) or 6 hours per day (30 hours per week), and must be classified by the educational institution as either mandatory or non-mandatory internship. The educational institution defines the type of internship and the weekly workload the student may undertake.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Through this internship, you will have the opportunity to participate in challenging projects and assume significant responsibilities, gaining experience in a multicultural environment involving technological innovation, continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and many other areas.
In addition to learning from experienced professionals, you will already be able to contribute new technological solutions and seek ways to improve the efficiency of our processes and products.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
Availability for **IN-PERSON** internship and residence in Blumenau/SC.
Currently enrolled in the third semester (or later) of undergraduate studies.
Preferred fields of study: Administration, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, International Trade, Economics, Management Processes, Financial Technology, and related disciplines.
Knowledge of English or other languages is a plus.
