Professional mentoring with frequent performance evaluations. **Motivating Recognition:** Gifts and presents on special occasions. **Trusted and Respectful Environment:** Ongoing anonymous organizational climate survey reinforcing respect, collaboration, credibility, and commitment to maintaining an excellent workplace. .**Requirements:** Completed high school; Knowledge of company products and industry market; Proficiency in computer applications (word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software, and internet); Critical and logical analytical skills; Ability to serve and build relationships with internal and external customers as well as suppliers; **Main Responsibilities:** **Summary (condensed responsibilities):** Perform administrative and support activities at the branch office, assisting other team members in achieving set objectives. **Categories:** Register new customers and request credit limits for invoiced purchases; Release orders considering delays and credit limits; Request payment clearance and notary services from the Credit and Collections department; Send and track customer billing bank instructions, requesting changes from responsible departments and, when necessary, cancellation of invoices; Perform daily billing reconciliation to adjust deadlines and define specific terms for each customer; Verify daily accounts payable entries; Record store expense invoices; Gather documentation for judicial proceedings, if required; Assist Human Resources Department processes (timekeeping closure, overtime bank control); Assist in organizing events per Head Office guidelines; Monitor freight expenses; Serve customers by resolving financial inquiries; Control daily cash amounts for daily cash closing; Process customer payments and clear them in Accounts Receivable; Register customer checks received in Accounts Receivable; Forward checks and cash to the bank for deposit; Forward checks to custody, as needed; Follow up on returned checks with customers; Process low-value emergency expense payments; Release sales orders for cash, credit cards, and advance deposits; Register new customers for cash sales; Monitor and manage credit card machines; Assist activities requested by Head Office IT team; Support local users with assistance from Head Office IT; Frequently propose process improvement suggestions focused on innovation. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
