With multifamily administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supervision, organization, control, and monitoring of FLV department routines; guiding and clarifying team doubts; preparing and managing work schedules, overtime, and time-off; defining timelines and standardizing procedures to maximize operational efficiency, product and service quality, while complying with rules, best practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, established guidelines, and targets; as well as providing customer service and sales support. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing customer needs, surprising and advising them about the variety of products offered, and making sales suggestions; Ensure, promote, and enhance sales targets through strategic planning of product mix, defining timelines and display of attractive and distinctive products, while maintaining courteous customer relationships; Ensure reduction of FLV losses and damages by guiding, monitoring, and controlling daily team activities and operations, suggesting and implementing recovery actions where possible, and defining and standardizing operational procedures; Ensure procurement order management for the department, analyzing and managing inventories along with their sales history, seasonality, and specific promotions, scheduling orders in advance to guarantee supply and restocking without shortages, losses, or stockouts; Ensure the product counter is always fully stocked, correctly priced, organized, and clean, guiding, controlling, and monitoring daily routines; Ensure proper receipt of goods, as well as organizing, guiding, and/or storing them in refrigerated chambers, following hygiene, safety, and pre\-established standards; Keep the team informed and updated on new products; Guarantee people management regarding time-off schedules, hour banks, vacations, and other workload-related demands, through monitoring managerial reports sent by the HR department and providing guidance to employees; Promote professional development and team motivation through continuous feedback and guidance, performance monitoring, and improvement via technical and behavioral training; Participate in periodic departmental inventories and ensure data accuracy; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily hygiene procedures and requesting equipment calibration and maintenance when necessary; Requirements Keep the team united and engaged despite daily differences and challenges Maintain an attractive, eye-catching counter with optimal product exposure Manage, prevent, and control losses and stockouts by understanding store context, timing, seasonality, and location. **Additional Information:** Experience (in the field) **Preferred Academic Qualification:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school education **Specific Knowledge:** Counter assembly, food handling, sales analysis, margins, loss tracking, and production control **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office – intermediate level **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Store Purchase Discount Program Life Insurance Performance Bonus Attendance Bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities
