JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for delivering efficient and welcoming customer service; maintaining product organization, restocking, and correct pricing; ensuring accuracy in cash operations and handling of monetary values; safeguarding product quality by verifying expiration dates and integrity; contributing to store organization and adherence to internal processes; and supporting pricing actions, promotions, and visual communication layout. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED **Operate the cash register:** product scanning, payment receipt, and cash reconciliation. In-store customer service, clarifying questions and assisting with purchases. Restocking and organizing merchandise on shelves. Verifying prices, expiration dates, and packaging conditions. Replacing and updating price tags, posters, banners, and conducting price audits. Receiving cash bags and handling monetary values under supervision of the auditor. Assisting with packaging, product testing when required, and merchandise handling. Requirements Completed or ongoing high school education. Experience in customer service, cashier duties, or retail (preferred but not mandatory). Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication. Organizational skills and attention to detail (prices, dates, expiration, values). Agility to handle restocking, cashier duties, and store-related demands. Basic math skills for cash handling. Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays, as needed).
