Supplier development and contract negotiation Itapema/SC \| On-site We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join a solid and expanding construction company in the Itapema/SC region. We seek a strategic professional with strong negotiation skills and cost-oriented vision in the civil construction sector. **Responsibilities:** Manage the entire procurement process for construction inputs, materials, and services Develop and qualify suppliers Negotiate contracts to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines Monitor budgets and ensure alignment with financial planning Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, and construction teams Implement performance improvements and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department **Requirements:** Solid procurement experience in the civil construction industry Experience negotiating high-volume purchases and contracts Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile Knowledge of supplier and supply chain management Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields) **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with medium- to large-scale construction companies Familiarity with ERP systems Experience in construction project planning **Employment Type:** To be determined (CLT or PJ)
