Preparation of managerial reports on evictions A real estate company is seeking a Financial Analyst in Itajaí (Downtown). Passe is a platform offering urban mobility solutions. Its focus is to facilitate user access to public and private transportation. **Responsibilities:** Support the eviction completion process by verifying financial and administrative pending items. Initiate delinquency and insurance claim procedures with insurance companies, ensuring compliance with deadlines and documentation requirements. Monitor insurance-related processes. Update control spreadsheets with financial data and eviction status. Request and track repair and service quotations related to vacant properties. Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Contracts, Legal, Customer Service) to align information. Prepare managerial reports on completed and pending evictions. Ensure all documentation and information handled complies with LGPD regulations. Previous experience as a Financial Consultant, Finance Specialist, Controller Analyst, or Budget Analyst may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
