Job Summary: An Electronic Technical Support professional is responsible for delivering high-level technical assistance to customers, ensuring efficient problem resolution to guarantee optimal product performance. Collaborating with the sales team and pursuing growth opportunities. As an Electronic Technical Support professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-level technical assistance to customers, ensuring efficient problem resolution to guarantee optimal product performance. Your main responsibilities will include: * Responding to and logging support requests via phone, e-mail, or WhatsApp, aiming to resolve issues as quickly and effectively as possible; * Analyzing and diagnosing incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions; * Monitoring request progress and keeping customers informed about the status of their requests; * Preparing or configuring equipment for shipment to customers; * Testing equipment; * Preparing reports and technical assessments; * Conducting post-sales activities, instructing customers on operation or troubleshooting; * Documenting support processes and procedures to contribute to continuous service improvement; * Collaborating with the sales team in customer service by providing product-related technical information and guidance. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:12 PM to 5:00 PM. **Neighborhood**: Badenfurt Requirements: Knowledge of frequency inverters — installation and configuration; Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including motors and control panels; Understanding of basic operating principles of three-phase electric motors; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Valid driver's license — Category B; Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and customer service orientation. Preferred Qualifications: Intermediate level English language proficiency; Completed or ongoing technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Automation; Residence in the vicinity of Badenfurt, Itoupavazinha, Testo Salto, Salto do Norte, Água Verde, Velha, or Passo Manso.
