Solution research and proposal of continuous process improvements WK's Support team is seeking an **HR/DP Support Analyst** with outstanding communication skills, empathy, and a strong focus on understanding and resolving our customers' needs. If you have experience in Payroll Department and enjoy technology, join our team! **Main Responsibilities**: * Provide user support, registering and tracking incidents in the support tool; * Diagnose and classify requests promptly and empathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction; * Research solutions, document incidents, and propose continuous process improvements; * Support technical problem resolution and identify opportunities for enhancement or new services.
