Responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud, firewalls, backups, and corporate services. Acts in incident identification, implementation of improvements, environment maintenance, and support (at all levels \- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd) for users and business areas. * Administer physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux). * Monitor networks, links, VPN, Wi\-Fi, and edge devices. * Create and maintain backup policies, disaster recovery, and information security. * Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/Other). * Execute updates, patches, and hardening for Workstations/Servers on-premises/Cloud. * Handle incidents ranging from simple to critical, as well as recurring issues. * Create technical documentation and operational procedures. * Participate in, support, and execute IT infrastructure projects as well as continuous improvements.
