Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, or related fields. * Draft general communications for third-party service providers and lessors with service provision or leasing contracts by analyzing sent emails to ensure accurate clarification of questions raised; * Request documents and clarifications from companies and lessors whenever necessary; * Perform and ensure accurate updates of records via spreadsheets and analyses to maintain departmental information in compliance with company standards; * Prepare documentation for new and active contracts to organize and ensure easy accessibility for the team; * Prepare reports and monitor performance indicators of contracted companies and lessors to track the status of each process; * Prepare financial indicator reports to ensure departmental activities remain aligned with the budget; * Plan and control workflow and methodologies used—via systems and analyses—to ensure accuracy in deliverables; * Analyze team performance indicators through systems to manage workloads and ensure accurate delivery; * Clarify team queries and explain processes to ensure full understanding of departmental responsibilities. * Review and archive administrative or fiscal documents from companies and lessors with approved contracts to maintain organized departmental records. * Support interdepartmental coordination to fulfill administrative tasks and ensure document organization and up-to-dateness. 2512140202201187054
