Respect for tradition and authenticity has been Le Creuset’s guiding principle for nearly 100 years—our passion for superior craftsmanship, exceptional design, and European artisanship remains unchanged to this day. **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Be responsible for the business unit you operate. * Develop strategies to expand the customer base, increase in-store traffic, and optimize profitability. * Achieve sales goals by leading, training, motivating, and coaching the team, as well as providing continuous feedback. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. * Manage the store while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Maintain the store in impeccable condition and uphold visual merchandising standards. * Prepare reports on sales trends, customer needs, and profitability. * Recruit, train, and develop the sales team. * Manage situations involving employees and customers (complaints, dissatisfaction, etc.). * Serve as a role model for behavior and performance for the team. * Perform additional store manager duties as required. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR** * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing retail stores. * Proven track record in leading sales teams. * Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on goal achievement. * Proficiency in developing and engaging people. * Resilience and emotional intelligence to handle crisis situations. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in administrative routines and process coordination. * Ability to multitask and make decisive, accurate judgments.
