Duties include: * Direct assistance in the collection, preparation, and initial processing of biological samples. * Strict adherence to internal protocols for safety, quality, and biosafety. * Maintaining workplace organization and ensuring sample traceability. * Ensuring laboratory operational efficiency, performing assigned tasks with commitment and precision. **Key responsibilities include:** \* Participation in management meetings and training sessions; \* Receiving and identifying biological samples, ensuring correct labeling and storage. \* Performing simple collections, when required, always following established collection protocols. \* Preparing and organizing materials and equipment for laboratory tests. \* Assisting in preparing basic solutions and reagents per instructions from technicians or biomedical scientists. \* Maintaining organization and cleanliness of workbenches, ensuring material disinfection. \* Monitoring laboratory supply inventory and reporting replenishment needs. \* Entering sample information and data into the laboratory’s internal systems. \* Packaging and preparing samples for shipment, when required. \* Supporting the technical team with other tasks to ensure process efficiency. **Job Responsibilities:** Ensuring compliance with laboratory quality and safety standards.
