Then join Platinum Log! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES** * Develop procurement policies within the department; * Handle budgeting, negotiation, and purchasing activities; * Develop new suppliers; * Identify improvements in the procurement process; * Support the department manager in negotiations across commercial, administrative, and material distribution areas; * Develop procurement-related policies; * Build and monitor KPIs; * Create departmental procedures; **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in Procurement within the service sector * Experience in supplier development * Negotiation and contract management * Availability to work on-site in Itajaí * Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed in Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * We seek individuals with emotional balance, ethics, honesty, proactivity, resilience, and empathy.
