They will conduct comprehensive chrono-analyses of processes with a direct focus on waste reduction and continuous improvement of the production flow. They will define technical process parameters for machines and equipment, ensuring consistency among capacity, quality, and internal and customer requirements. They will develop databases and perform systematic indicator analyses using tools such as Excel, Access, and *Business Intelligence* (BI) platforms. They will actively participate in FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) meetings, contributing to implementations, reviews, and process modifications.
