Job Summary: A Mechanical Draftsperson to develop, calculate, and size machine projects, overseeing the process from production through to commissioning at the client’s site, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance. Responsible for standardizing projects in accordance with NR regulations A tool and machinery manufacturer seeks a Mechanical Draftsperson in Itajaí (Espinheiros). Solufrigo is a company specialized in refrigeration and air conditioning solutions, offering products and services to meet thermal comfort and energy efficiency requirements. **Responsibilities:** Develop new projects/machines based on business strategies. Calculate and size components and mechanisms for new projects. Supervise manufacturing and assembly of machines alongside production to ensure all systems operate according to design specifications. Supervise machine assembly and commissioning at the client's site, ensuring the new project operates efficiently. Specify raw materials used in projects. Conduct technical feasibility studies for new projects aligned with market strategies. Responsible for standardizing projects in accordance with NR regulations. Prepare technical specifications, standards for mechanical components and materials. Conduct technical visits to suppliers and clients. Draft technical manuals for newly developed equipment/products. Responsible for organizing and maintaining a clean workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards (5S). Provide support for other departmental activities. Previous experience as a Mechanical Designer, Project Engineer, Technical Draftsperson, or Mechanical Designer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
