Job Summary:
The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for acting as an interface among engineering disciplines, leading failure analysis studies, and programming PLCs and HMIs.

**What will you do?**
* Act as an interface between Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanics, and Automation;
* Lead studies on repetitive equipment failure analysis and support defined actions therein;
* Validate and approve new equipment at suppliers (Brazilian and international levels);
* Support and, when necessary, lead maintenance projects related to Capex or Opex;
* Support the management and compliance of maintenance documentation with IATF and ISO14001 standards;
* PLC and HMI programming in ladder logic and block language, Siemens and Allen Bradley; Kuka robot programming;
* Integrate and automate equipment and machines including Wiring Cutting, Assembly Conveyors, and robots;
* SCADA system programming.
**What does Lear expect from you?**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Control;
* Experience in this role and proficiency in ladder programming language;
* NR 10 certification;
* Knowledge of LPS, Foundry, and Ignition software is a plus.
