Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Specialist with solid experience to handle quotations, negotiations, and procurement of parts, supplies, and services, managing the entire process from start to finish. Knowledge of parts, repairs, and machine maintenance **Procurement Specialist** **100% on-site opportunity.** **Only for residents of Itajaí/SC or surrounding areas.** We are looking for a professional with solid experience in Procurement, preferably with hands-on experience in mechanical workshops, dealerships, rental companies, and the machinery maintenance sector. Conduct quotations, negotiations, and procurement of parts, supplies, and services related to maintenance of aerial work platforms; Operate in an agile, demand-driven routine, ensuring rapid response to business units; Monitor contracts and supplier relationships; Research and negotiate with key suppliers, as well as identify new strategic partners; Manage the end-to-end procurement process: from requisition to delivery; Knowledge of parts, repairs, and machine maintenance; Ability to interpret technical manuals, part codes, and engineering drawings; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel) and experience with ERP / rental management systems (e.g., Sisloc); Experience using e-procurement portals. Agility, flexibility, and resilience; Clear and agile communication; Negotiation skills; Organizational skills; Ability to work under pressure and focus on results.
