Job Summary: Analyze and standardize production processes, optimizing them through lean manufacturing tools and supporting the maintenance of the quality management system. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of production processes using lean manufacturing tools 2. Maintenance of the quality management system 3. Definition of manufacturing routings and standard times Analyze and standardize production processes, establishing manufacturing routings, standard times, and work methods. Contribute to process optimization using lean manufacturing tools and support the maintenance of the quality management system. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform time studies on production processes and define standard manufacturing times. * Register manufacturing routings and sequencing. * Evaluate labor efficiency and utilization, correcting distortions in defined methods and times. * Support production in resolving operational issues. * Analyze existing processes, propose improvements, and formalize them via standard work instructions. * Assist in maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System. * Present results of implemented improvements, including cost comparisons. * Commit to quality programs and tools, performance indicators, and other corporate programs. * Perform related activities as required by the department. **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields * Knowledge of 2D and 3D mechanical drawings * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing * Time study training course * Intermediate English proficiency **Desirable Requirements** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields * Advanced English proficiency Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal voucher Relocation/move possibility: * Blumenau, SC: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Mandatory) Selection Question(s): * Do you currently have an ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Process Engineering and/or related fields? * What is your salary expectation?
