Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and special events **Bar Manager \-** Édem Skate Park **Location:** Praia Brava\- Itajaí **Job Description:** We are looking for a Bar Manager for Édem Skate Park — a dynamic professional with outstanding management capabilities and a strategic outlook to boost operations. We seek someone who combines leadership and organizational skills with the creativity required to deliver memorable experiences for our visitors and strengthen Édem’s presence as a regional skate and leisure complex. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise all bar operations, including beverage service, customer service quality, and team management. * Develop and implement strategies to increase bar sales and profitability. * Ensure compliance with food and beverage safety regulations as well as governmental requirements. * Recruit, train, and supervise the bar team to maintain high standards of customer service. * Manage beverage inventory, place orders, and control operational costs. * Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive bar environment for customers. * Resolve any issues or conflicts arising among staff or customers. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and special events. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in bar or restaurant management, preferably with team leadership experience. * Solid knowledge of various beverages, service techniques, and mixology is a plus. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
