We are looking for a **Logistics Leader** to oversee logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and smooth flow in receiving, warehousing, material handling, and dispatch of raw materials and finished products. This professional will be responsible for leading the operational team, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and safety in alignment with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, guide, and develop the logistics team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment; * Monitor and organize **receiving, inspection, warehousing, picking, and dispatch** processes; * Ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy; * Track and analyze area KPIs, proposing continuous process improvements; * Ensure proper use of systems, procedures, and best logistics practices; * Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow; * Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and organization standards (5S); * Interface with internal departments such as Production, PCP, Procurement, and Sales. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in **logistics and team leadership**; * Knowledge of inventory control, dispatch, and receiving processes; * Familiarity with logistics KPIs and process improvement; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the **textile or industrial sector**; * Hands-on experience with ERP systems; * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (5S, PDCA, etc.). **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and teamwork; * Organization and attention to detail; * Decision-making ability; * Commitment to deadlines and results.
