Lead and develop the operational team Position: **Logistics Coordinator – Itajaí/SC** We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to work at a Distribution Center in Itajaí. This person will be responsible for managing logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, inventory accuracy, and process fluidity in stock, warehousing, and shipping. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipping of products. * Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy and on-time delivery performance. * Implement continuous improvements in logistics processes. * Track logistics KPIs (On-Time In-Full, inventory turnover, cycle counts, etc.). * Lead and develop the operational team. * Manage temporary labor in addition to the permanent team; **Requirements** * Experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Supervisor, or similar role. * Mandatory experience in the textile industry (manufacturing plant). * Knowledge of WMS, ERP, and inventory management methodologies is a plus; * People management and decision-making skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
