Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and committed professional to join our Procurement team, responsible for strategic analysis, supplier negotiation, and supplier management for civil construction projects. We are looking for a talented and committed professional to join our high-performance team and contribute to highly significant projects. * Conduct strategic market analyses to identify negotiation opportunities and improvements in procurement processes; * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, delivery schedules, and quality; * Receive, analyze, and register Material and Service Requisitions (MSRs), maintaining up-to-date control; * Lead quotation processes for materials, equipment (including rentals), and services, ensuring optimal commercial conditions; * Perform service quotations (Categories A and B), including technical and commercial equalization; * Issue purchase orders according to authority levels and monitor the entire process through final delivery; * Monitor order progress to ensure delivery timelines and compliance with negotiated terms; * Coordinate acquisition of materials, equipment, and services in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards; * Manage the supplier qualification process, evaluating quality, performance, and reliability; * Monitor manufacturing due diligence processes with suppliers, aligning production schedules with site and client requirements; * Support procurement planning and decision-making, contributing to efficiency gains and cost reduction. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience in procurement for industrial and logistics construction projects; * Solid knowledge of strategic negotiation and supplier management; * Experience with quotation processes, technical and commercial equalization; * Strong analytical ability, organization, and results orientation; * Problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability; * Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration; * Must reside in Porto Belo, Balneário Camboriú, or nearby regions.
