As a Store Sales Associate, we seek a dynamic, communicative, and curious individual focused on delivering results, with strong teamwork skills, flexibility and versatility when facing diverse situations, resilience, and an understanding of consumer behavior—delivering service through negotiation techniques to drive sales and retain customers. You will report directly to the store manager and, on a daily basis, interface with support areas such as: logistics, finance, HR, marketing, IT, and customer service. **YOUR DAILY ROUTINE** · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in sales service. · Achieve your individual monthly targets. · Monitor your daily individual sales and KPIs. · Execute visual merchandising (VM) in the store strictly aligned with your manager’s and the responsible department’s guidelines. · Conduct personalized marketing outreach (TLMKT) with customers. · Maintain operational routines, including store opening and/or closing according to your work schedule. · Receive merchandise. · Enter invoices immediately upon receiving products and report discrepancies. **WHAT WE SEEK** · Completed high school education; · Proven retail experience (both physical and digital sales), minimum 2 years; · Excellence in customer relationship management, prioritizing outstanding service; · Knowledge of retail performance indicators; · Experience in luxury retail and personal mailing is a plus; · Familiarity with the Linx system; · Collective mindset and team-oriented perspective; · Organized and proactive. ***Work Location:*** *Balneário Camboriú Shopping* Employment Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
