Focus on customer experience and service standards **The KFC Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, quality/hygiene standards, and sales targets. The role requires team leadership, inventory and cost control, as well as availability for mall-based shifts, with a focus on employees' professional development.** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operational Management:** Lead store opening/closing, sales monitoring, cash handling, and security/hygiene procedures. * **Team Management:** Train, develop, engage, and schedule staff, ensuring full staffing coverage. * **Results and Control:** Monitor KPIs, manage goods ordering/receiving, and control costs. * **Customer Experience:** Ensure service speed and consistency.
