Post-sales management **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour break. **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Manage individual customer (PF) portfolios by analyzing the cooperative member's profile and developing action plans to increase business; * Conduct prospecting visits and relationship maintenance activities to better understand and strengthen ties with cooperative members; * Ensure achievement of goals and objectives established in the cooperative's strategic plan; * Ensure portfolio turnover occurs within the timelines planned by the commercial strategy department; * Monitor portfolio indicators and performance using the management dashboard, and implement commercial strategies and action plans based on the cooperative's strategic plan; * Manage the development of the portfolio under their responsibility and supervise other positions supporting the individual customer (PF) portfolio; * Identify opportunities for improvement and implement actions aimed at achieving institutional objectives; Manage post-sales activities and perform other duties related to the position. * **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Relevant work experience in this role; * Proficiency in sales techniques; * In-depth knowledge of financial products and services; * Familiarity with the financial market, credit cooperative legislation, credit policies and regulations, etc.; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * CPA-10 certification. **Benefits:** Seniority Bonus, Childcare/Babysitter Allowance, Education Allowance, Birthday Gift Card, Christmas Gift Card, School Supplies Kit for Dependents, Maternity/Paternity Kit, National Health Plan | Unimed, National Dental Plan | Uniodonto, Private Pension Plan, Profit-Sharing Program, Life Insurance, Meal/Voucher Allowance, Transportation Voucher
