Manage the unit in planning, organizing, and controlling customer service, pickup and delivery, commercial, distribution, and goods handling activities, ensuring all necessary physical, human, and material resources are available while complying with standards, policies, and guidelines established by corporate management, thereby fulfilling the organization’s mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the unit in planning, organizing, and controlling customer service, pickup and delivery, commercial, goods distribution, operations, and logistics activities, ensuring all necessary physical, human, and material resources are available while complying with standards, policies, and guidelines established by corporate management; * Report to the network or corporate logistics management as needed regarding the value chain process, organizational structure, management aspects, and unit performance, as well as challenges and requirements for sustaining results and business viability; * Disseminate Expresso São Miguel’s purpose, vision, and values throughout the unit, reinforcing the company’s culture and achieving the organization’s strategic objectives; * Deploy the company’s strategic plan and jointly establish unit goals with senior leadership and other corporate managers; * Manage unit strategic goals and KPIs, taking necessary actions and developing action plans to optimize productivity, correct deviations, ensure continuous improvement, and enhance customer satisfaction with services provided; * Participate in budget planning with corporate management and monitor actual performance against the unit’s targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic plan; * Propose improvements to value chain processes and interfaces with other departments and corporate functions to develop projects that may optimize operations, reduce costs and rework, and expand customer relationships and service offerings; * Communicate updates on corporate policies, processes, and other directives from corporate management and the board, deploying related actions and delegating implementation responsibilities to subordinates within the unit; * Develop, implement, and monitor action plans to achieve unit goals, ensuring all resources under management are available timely and at minimal cost; * Carry out all People Management processes with subordinates, adhering to company-established standards, procedures, and protocols. Represent the company—via power of attorney or letter of authorization—to stakeholders and other external organizational agents; * Stay updated on technological trends and innovations relevant to one’s field and sectoral requirements; * Follow implemented work policies, standards, and procedures, and contribute to their continuous improvement; * Comply with and respect standard and occupational safety procedures at the company and third-party establishments (clients); use personal and collective protective equipment appropriately and instruct others on correct usage. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Business Management activities; * Completed postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Driver’s License: Category B. * Mobility availability required, not limited to the region specified.
