### **Job Description**
• Provide end-to-end contract lifecycle support—including drafting, negotiation, and execution—ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled accurately and promptly, contributing to efficient contract management processes.
• Implement contract management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements to minimize risks and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Work meticulously under direct supervision and established processes, ensuring adherence to operational policies to maintain consistency and high performance standards.
• Analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to protect company interests and promote proactive risk management practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless contract execution and alignment with company policies, fostering teamwork and effective communication.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of proposals, amendments, and contract renewals, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete prior to final approval, guaranteeing thorough analysis and contractual compliance.
• Monitor and track contract performance, delivering regular reports and analyses to senior leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making, enabling informed business decisions.
* Assist in coordinating third-party contract negotiations, seeking favorable terms and conditions aligned with company objectives, supporting negotiation effectiveness and outcomes.
* Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping for all contracts, maintaining an organized and easily accessible database for future reference and audits, promoting transparency and accountability in contract management.
• Stay current on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contract management, continuously updating knowledge to enhance departmental capabilities and effectiveness in contract oversight.
Minimum required education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Minimum required experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Contract Management, or related areas.
