We are seeking a Manager to act strategically, ensuring robust and integrated management of our operations. **WHAT YOU WILL DO HERE:** * Manage the finance team, promoting development and operational efficiency; * Engage with real estate developers (corporate clients) as well as end customers; * Oversee receivables flow and financial indicators; * Propose process improvements and support the company’s strategic decision-making. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in financial management and team leadership; * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with performance indicators; * Ability to prepare and present results; * Experience working with real estate developers, construction companies, or other firms in the real estate sector is a plus; * Analytical mindset, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
