We are looking for someone to join our team at our **Florianópolis, São Paulo, or Remote** office as a **Front-end AEM Developer**. **What we’re looking for:** As an AEM Front-end Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing Adobe Experience Manager solutions across our projects, always focusing on our clients’ needs. You’ll be encouraged to continuously develop your skills and share your knowledge with team members and peers. A successful AEM Front-end Developer is highly adaptable, demonstrates strong initiative, works independently, possesses a strong drive to grow professionally toward specific goals, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. This position requires a focus on writing high-quality code and a solid understanding of both the project lifecycle and the software development lifecycle. You must be self-motivated and take pride in delivering high-quality work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Collaborating with our project managers, business analysts, QA team, and solution architects to deliver high-quality, high-performance AEM solutions within our clients’ timelines and budgets * Providing frontend solutions aligned with AEM best practices * Writing elegant, high-performance code on the AEM platform * Participating in story refinement and requirements analysis * Developing solutions based on user stories * Following Agile methodology * Creating clear, maintainable technical deliverables—including projects, documentation, prototypes, and other artifacts * Ensuring secure development practices and compliance with standards * Improving the product’s technical aspects by identifying issues and problems related to architecture, performance, code, or process * Participating in development/enhancement activities based on the project proposed by the architect/technical lead **Requirements you must meet:** * Upper-intermediate English * Experience with AEM Edge Delivery Services * Experience in Front-end development and Adobe Experience Manager * Familiarity with AEM Sites, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments * Experience with Agile methodology for software development * Experience with Git * Frontend experience (JavaScript, CSS, and HTML) * Familiarity with component frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue) * Experience building components: + HTL and SPA + Dialogs * Experience consuming third-party APIs * Experience troubleshooting and debugging * Experience managing AEM Assets * Implementation of unit tests Nice-to-haves: * AEM Developer certification and/or related certifications * Spanish
