Our commitment is to ensure fair processes and an inclusive environment where talent and initiative are the true criteria for growth. **Position Title:** Planning Assistant**Location:** Balneário Piçarras, SC – Hybrid**Reports To:** Planning Manager **Responsibilities*** Execute routine tasks within the Inventory Planning area, supporting the Analyst and Manager of the department * Update and maintain internal controls, reports, and spreadsheets used by the Planning department * Support the Planning Analyst in developing sales forecasts, as well as planning requirements for replacement parts (in-warranty and out-of-warranty) and technical reserves for products * Assist in defining and executing actions aimed at balancing and optimizing inventory levels of parts and accessories * Support the development, updating, and monitoring of departmental performance indicators (KPIs) * Support demand planning for domestically sourced replacement parts and accessories * Monitor requirements and requests for parts from domestic manufacturing plants * Manage and monitor order fulfillment by technical service centers, ensuring appropriate service levels **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (preferred) * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * English proficiency is a plus Newell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer’s, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
