We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Define, monitor, and track KPIs, ensuring successful project delivery. Plan, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of systems marketed by the company, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, scope, and budget. Provide regular, clear, and transparent project progress reports to senior management. Implement and monitor quality control and continuous improvement processes. Create, maintain, and organize project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reports, and post-project analyses.
