Job Summary: We are seeking an operationally focused Logistics Supervisor to lead the team on the factory floor, ensuring organization, agility, and discipline in receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, and shipping operations. We seek a Logistics Supervisor to work directly within the branch’s operational routine, closely overseeing receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, and shipping activities — serving as a reference for the team and providing direct support to branch management. Key responsibilities: Supervise and lead the operational team daily (receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping); Assign tasks, guide execution, and ensure deadlines are met; Directly manage inventory organization, location addressing, and standardization; Monitor goods verification, invoices, and shipment volumes; Support and supervise inventory counts; Identify operational failures and act promptly to correct them; Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations; Maintain an organized, safe, and functional workplace; Serve as the liaison between the operational team and branch management. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred); Prior experience in operational logistics, inventory, or shipping; Experience leading operational teams; Practical, organized, decisive, and strong communication skills; Willingness to perform hands-on operational work. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Advantages: Experience in construction materials or distribution centers; Basic knowledge of inventory management systems; Experience with inventory counts and goods verification. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- BOTH (CLT\+PJ) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Allowance R$500.00 Life Insurance Transportation Allowance Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities **Work Location:** ---------------------- RZ REZZADORI \& CIA LTDA \- MATRIZ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ To be agreed
