Tasks on the production line in general, such as: Perform tasks in the Cutting/Welding, Perforating, and Scrap departments according to operational needs. Cutting and Welding: Begin work according to the production order; Enter order data into the finishing checklist; Occasionally measure products according to the Service Order; Move coils, when necessary, using carts from extrusion to the cutting and welding machine; Assist the operator during coil changes throughout the process; Manually collect finished products at the end of the conveyor belt; Package products according to specifications indicated on the Production Order form; Weigh packaged products as specified on the Production Order form; Place packaged products onto racks; Perform visual self-inspection of weld quality, segregating non-conforming items. Perforating: Individually package products (coils); Assemble bundles containing 4, 6, or 8 coils, according to the production order; Weigh bundles; Perform coil changes during the production process. Scrap: Collect scrap material from bagging machines, perforating machines, and low-speed machines every 40 minutes; Replace full scrap bags with empty ones; Transport scrap bags to the weighing station, assisted by another helper to load them onto the cart; After weighing, record on the department’s production sheet the machine number, supplier, and production order number.
