Description: * High school diploma required; * One year of experience working with polymers; * Technical training in plastics is desirable; * Basic computer knowledge required for data entry into the system. * Perform all adjustments on extrusion machines at the start of the process or whenever necessary, always aiming to meet specified quality and safety requirements; * Replace bushings and nozzles during product changeovers; * Supply raw materials to machines as needed; * Conduct PeD tests; * Participate in and propose process improvements; * Clean baths, chillers, and fans as needed; * Ensure general cleaning and screen replacement according to scheduled maintenance plans; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace before, during, and after tasks; * Inspect pipes to ensure smooth production; * Guide and assist production staff/operators when questions arise; * Support other job-related activities. 2511270202401833678
